JOB SUMMARY
Rich Broadcasting is looking for highly motivated, creative and responsible people to be part of its on-call event crew. The event crew will assist in the executing of all station(s) marketing and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should be able to multi task in a fast paced environment, have a strong work ethic, possess a valid driver’s license and be able to work evenings and weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Driving station(s) promotional vehicles
 Conducting on-site promotions
 Setting up station event/promotion sites with all necessary equipment (i.e., booth, banners, PA system, premiums, client
materials, etc.)
 Acting as a representative for the station community events/promotions
 Managing and distributing station prizes at station events/promotions
 Compiling material for event recaps
 Updating station(s) website(s) as necessary
 Performing basic office administrative functions
 Maintaining the highest standard of business etiquette while interacting with clients, listeners, and event attendees
 Representing Rich Broadcasting in the highest regard within the community and business environment
 Working in compliance with all Company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Abilities Required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clear driving record
 Able to learn how to operate audio and technical equipment
 Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 40 pounds
 Report to designated event/promotion sites in a timely manner
 Comfortable working and talking in front of the public
 Self starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, early mornings, overnights, holidays and weekends
Education Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Part-Time News Reporter/Producer

JOB SUMMARY
Rich Broadcasting is searching for a Part-Time News Reporter/Producer, who exhibits strong journalistic integrity for its clusterof radio stations in Jackson, Wyoming. The ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal skills, be organized, able to multi-task and possess a strong knowledge and passion for news and politics. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing daily news and weather updates, assisting Program Directors in maintaining all digital platforms including social media, and other duties as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Protect the Rich Broadcasting brand, create innovative on-air programs and propel the success of the stations in the market
• Adhere to all guidelines, policies and procedures of Rich Broadcasting and the FCC
•Monitor and review all incoming news information/feeds; select current and relevant material to share with listeners
• Quickly conceptualize, write, edit and produce stories for both air and digital newscast using accuracy, good business and journalist sense
• Ensure that news broadcasts on time as the services performed affect company image, clients and the listening audience
Be knowledgeable of current affairs, community events and politics
• Attend all required station and department meetings and air-check sessions
• Regularly post content and engage with audiences on the stations’ online properties, including web and social networking
sites
 Attend remote broadcasts, station promotional events and make personal appearances as scheduled by the station or
requested by clients
 Carry out other critical duties as outlined by Program Director
• Represent Rich Broadcasting in the highest regard within the community and business environment
 Cultivate strong community relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience Required
• A minimum of 2 years of prior reporting/editing/producing experience for a radio and/or television station
Skills & Abilities Required
• Acceptable on-air presence and voice quality and be able to enunciate clearly and read copy fluently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of various audio formats, including .wav, .mp3, and more
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Able to work hours required. Work more when required to meet deadlines including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc.
Education Required
• College level education in journalism or related field of equivalent experience

Weekend Meteorologist/Reporter:
Market leader KCWY News 13 seeks a weekend meteorologist/weekday reporter for our Casper operation.
Requirements: The candidate should be a trained meteorologist, familiar with on-air presentation and forecasting. Familiarity with our WSI system is helpful but not essential. Knowledge of shooting and editing video is required as this is a reporting position three days per week.

Montgomery Broadcasting L.L.C. located in Cheyenne, Wyoming and operator of KFBC-AM, KOLT-FM (92.9 The Boss) and the Cowboy State News Network is looking for an experienced news reporter.
Successful candidate should have a minimum of three years reporting experience covering local and statewide news, a network quality on air presentation, and be a highly motivated self starter.
